NANO-ZINC OXIDE FOR PHOSPHATING SOLUTION

 Zinc Phosphating Solution in the production process, by adding nano-zinc oxide activity. The formation of rust-proof, compact and has a strong adsorption of the main phosphide membrane (steel case): Zn3 (po4) 2.4 H2O, Zn2Fe (PO4) 2.4 H2O. Before the base is widely used in paint, anti-corrosion and anti-friction lubrication cold.
       ZnO grain size small, with other substances in response to the full, fast reaction to form a thin film of uniform thickness and can reduce the use of zinc oxide, to reduce the use of the cost.
